Preparing for Your Session
All sessions are provided virtually via Zoom. Please be sure you’re able to be alone in a quiet space where you can comfortably sit or lie down for the session. Ensure you also have anything prepared that will help you feel more comfortable during the session and give you all the good vibes (i.e. blanket, pillows, candles, essential oils, soft lighting, your favorite crystals, etc.).
